SPF - Behind

This is a pic of my desk at work. I am so very behind in work since I've been in trial for 2 weeks. The trial will now go into a third week. The shit just keeps piling up.

I hate being behind.

Mine has finally let up and now I'm bored. But it will pick up next week since it's the end of the quarter.

Dude, I remember that shit well. WELL. Try a 10 week arbitration. Yeah, my other attorneys I worked for thought I'd just keep right up. Uh huh. Yeah, I don't make $120K like y'all do. Fucking attorneys.

When I go to trial, any "new" work gets put on the back burner. And then when trial is done, I'm at least two more weeks until I get my groove back! Ugh!

Hello, my love. :) I will be picking up your baby and bringing her home tomorrow - fingers crossed that maybe her eye was saved! Of course, I will let you know and post pictures!

Hey my love, Jade's eye was SAVED!!!!!

They decided it was trauma from when she was born or soon after, and as her eye has gotten bigger, the scar has stayed small and she still has use of her eye!!!!

She was spayed today - although you wouldn't know it as she is insistent on running around and playing and pissy with me when I put her in her crate as, HELLLLOOOO, you need to heal! :P

Honestly, she doesn't act like anything was done - just wants to run around and be loved and snuggled. :))

I cannot wait until she becomes a part of your family - I have a sneaking suspicion, not only will she love and adore you and the kids, but will win over NLF and become 'his' cat. :)
